just back from two days, today and yesterday
of kayaking training at Changi Coast. ><
the seas were damn rough there and it wasn't easy! :O
but most of us soon got the hang of it.
im now so hot and tanned. my skin burning D;

yesterday was teher from 9+ till 6+ ><
today went for it from 8+ till 1+.
Today's sun was VERY hot.
i almost blackout in the water during the last part.
I was supposed to capsize(on purpose).
so i must wait for two ppl to *rescue* me.
then i supposed to help em pull my boat up to their boat de deck.
but i so tired and dehydrated.

then i drop into the water DD:
luckily got the PFD ( smth liek a lifejacket)
then i faster tell them and climb unto my friend de deck.
then call the coach then i go bak shore rest :X
